Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any certificates or tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Clearance or final sale items are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@nadeliajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed.
  • Please note that while the price of the product will be fully refunded to your original method of payment, shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, a digital gift card will be provided instead.
